We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of colors will be accurate, and product packaging may vary from what is shown.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Inability to verify payment information

Payment must be made at the time of order using one of our accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayNow, or GrabPay. Your payment information is processed securely through our third-party payment processors.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This email serves as confirmation that we have received your order and payment.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only within Singapore. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days depending on your location. Orders placed before 2:00 PM SGT on business days are dispatched the same day.

All items are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with a generic sender name for your privacy. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of our products and hygiene concerns, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Exceptions are made for:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
• Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
