Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM SGT (Monday-Friday) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time: All orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days depending on your location in Singapore.
Discreet Packaging: Your privacy matters to us. All items arrive in plain, unmarked packaging with a generic sender name. There are absolutely no product markings, brand identifiers, or descriptions on the outside of the package.
Shipping Cost: Free shipping on orders over S$50. Standard delivery fee of S$3 applies for orders under S$50.
Returns Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
Exceptions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Wrong Item: If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately and we'll ship the correct product right away at no additional cost.
This policy exists because we cannot verify that returned intimate products have been properly stored or have not been tampered with. We prioritize your safety above all else.
